A bit about this event
Meditation helps us in so many ways, reducing stress, helping us to connect with more self love and respect and so much more. Taking time to care for yourself is so important. No prior experience necessary, enjoy the company of likeminded people and share a herbal tea and a chat before we start at 7pm. 1st & 3rd Friday of the month.
All are welcome and it is offered by heartfelt donation according to your means.
